In this weeks episode, Iβm joined by life and leadership coach Ciara Conlon. Ciara is a highly experienced coach and consultant working in the area of leadership and team development.
Ciara is an expert in Personal Productivity and High Performance Habit Formation, and is the author of three books on Productivity and Habit Mastery. She has a Masters in Business, Higher Diplomas in Leadership, Management and Strategy and Innovation, and Diplomas in Coaching and Organisational Psychology.
